In clamd.conf you have an option to block ALL OLE2BlockMAcros

# With this option enabled OLE2 files with VBA macros, which were not
# detected by signatures will be marked as "Heuristics.OLE2.ContainsMacros".
# Default: no
#OLE2BlockMacros no

Can't seem to find a clamscan version of this..

eg...

--block-OLE2Macros[=yes/no(*)]

Verified this to the case - no code to set macro blocking in clamscan.

The attached patch adds support for a --block-macros=yes/no option to clamscan.
