patch to returncode on custom only updates

man freshclam say "RETURN CODES 0 = Database is up-to-date or successfully updated"

this is not true if only custom dbs are updated. RC is mostly 1 in that case.

attached patch fixes the issue.

I believe this is resolved as of clamav 0.101.0, where freshclam returns 0 for both "updated" and "up-to-date" success conditions.
